Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance needs and provide customized solutions aligned with their unique requirements.
  • Policy Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of insurance products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and assistance.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty Insurance License. If you do not have, we will help get you licensed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and a drive for success, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using AMS360 software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
