As a Sales Associate with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company representing industry-leading digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world\'s top owners and brokers to develop digital marketing strategies, build trusted client relationships, and demonstrate the value of our products and analytics tools. On-site in Denver.
Responsibilities Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
Business Development: Use CoStar Group\'s property data to prospect new clients, drive sales, and close new business.
Teamwork: Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Business Acumen: Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and your market territory.
Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding support, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Client Engagement: Conduct regular in-person meetings (travel may be required).
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: A completed bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution. 2+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech/PropTech/FinTech, data & analytics. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Valid driver\'s license and willingness to undergo Driving Record check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience building long-term relationships with senior-level clients; ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations. Regular access to a vehicle and flexibility to adapt in a high-growth environment. Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $70,000–$75,000, plus commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
