As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of an innovative, growth-oriented company representing industry-leading digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will develop digital marketing strategies for top property owners and brokers, build long-lasting customer relationships, and leverage our analytics tools to demonstrate ROI. Training is extensive, covering product and industry knowledge, digital marketing, and sales skills. Responsibilities Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive revenue and serve as a trusted advisor. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales. Teamwork – Collaborate with colleagues across teams to increase sales revenue. Market Expertise – Develop knowledge in digital advertising strategies, CRE, and market trends. Customer Focus – Provide outstanding support, share insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals. Travel – Conduct in-person meetings, which may require travel outside your local area. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 2+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in B2B environments related to CRE, digital advertising, or similar sectors. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and quotas. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience building relationships with senior-level clients. Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations. Access to a vehicle prior to or at start date. Adaptability and self-motivation in a high-growth environment. Why CoStar?
