Key Responsibilities: Drive sales to consistently exceed individual performance targets. Champion our Music & Arts lesson program to help others discover their musical talents. Build business relationships through networking with educators, community organizations, and places of worship. Foster strong customer relationships by delivering engaging sales presentations rooted in our training. Provide an outstanding customer experience for every individual who walks through our doors. Encourage customer loyalty by understanding their needs and preferences. Contribute to all aspects of the store, including merchandising, displays, and maintaining an inviting environment.
