Lafayette 148's Outlet Stores sell post-season merchandise by providing clients with a tailored, elevated shopping experience. The Lafayette 148 Sales Associate represents the brand image and is responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing a client base to achieve sales goals. The Sales Associate provides expert product and wardrobing advice while delivering a memorable client experience.
Responsibilities Establish and maintain deep connection with clients and drives repeat business to achieve sales goals Consistently delivers memorable in store experiences to all clients; plans client appointments to maximize results Inform clients on in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition Possess broad range of product knowledge across all categories of the brand, takes initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential Demonstrate the ability to address a client's total wardrobe needs across all categories Inform clients on brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer Always puts the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations Support the operational functions within the store, operational functions may include: opening/ closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards Desired Background Bachelor's degree preferred Experience 3+ years' experience of premium to luxury selling environment Existing client base/ book preferred Skills Strong customer service and communication (verbal and writing) skills Proficiency in utilizing available technology Must be flexible and have the ability work evenings, weekends and holiday schedules
Base Pay Range The base pay range for this position is $16.00 - $ 20.00 hourly. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
