Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate at the LiveTrends Boutique you are the start of a remarkable customer experience. At our flagship retail location, you are responsible for greeting customers and engaging in meaningful connections throughout their shopping experience. You are expected to work as a part of an engaging and supportive team and at times on your own. You are a part of the success of our brand growing into the retail sector and supporting the company vision of inspiring people's lifestyles by fusing nature and art.
Requirements
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service. Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations Maintaining personal and productivity goals Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs. Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs. Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends. Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment. Able to open and close the store and act as a professional lead when the Boutique Manager is not in store. Qualifications: Previous Retail experience preferred but not required. Background knowledge of plants preferred but not required. Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience. Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and products. nitiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
