Opportunity to play a significant role in our expansion into Southeast Asia Working location (Hybrid: Office and Home) Real Estate Service Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients looking to rent properties for corporate or personal use. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge. Provide exceptional, tailored real estate advice and services to a diverse clientele. Collaborate with the technology team to leverage innovative rent management tools and platforms for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Participate in community engagement initiatives to build a strong network and foster long-term relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of the company. Ad Hoc duties related to customer engagement Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field, for at least 2 years. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients. Familiarity with the Southeast Asian real estate market is a plus. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in utilising technology and software for sales and marketing purposes. (Not compulsory) Passionate about contributing to the growth of businesses through strategic real estate solutions.
