WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service Embrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff Develop and expand customer base by fostering genuine client relationships Partner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge Implement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program in order to maintain active social relationships with clients Ability to communicate effectively & build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

2+ years of experience at a high-end retailer

WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

An entrepreneur with the ability to drive results Well connected with a strong ability to engage; a high energy personality Elevated customer service skills; a true fashion expert with a passion for sales Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
