Responsibilities
• Greet Customers as they enter our stores. • Provides the Customer with the most comfortable, enjoyable experience in the industry. • Goes above and Beyond to make sure the Customer receives world class service. • Provides support to co-workers when time allows. • Demonstrates functionality of furniture at an expert level to customers. • Meets/Exceeds sales goals on a regular basis.
Minimum Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Associate. • Retail Furniture experience is a plus. • Basic Math skills, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, extroverted personality, and persuasive. • Basic ability to read, write, and understand the English language is required. • Basic ability to operate a computer and use Outlook is required. • Must be reliable and flexible in scheduling and assignment location. • Bi-Lingual Candidates are preferred. • Must be 18 years of age or older.
