Join our team as a Sales Associate, where your main goal will be to engage with customers and create a welcoming shopping environment! In this role, you will maximize sales and uphold the standards of our store through exceptional service and a clean, organized space. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Proactively assists customers, resolves issues, and ensures a positive shopping experience. Sales Transactions: Efficiently processes point-of-sale transactions to expedite service. Merchandising: Maintains visual standards and completes product replenishment to enhance store appearance. Product Knowledge: Stays informed about product benefits and promotional events to better assist customers. Team Collaboration: Supports and maintains effective working relationships within the team, providing guidance and coaching when needed. Requirements: Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED is preferred. Effective communication skills with both customers and team members. Experience in retail or specialty apparel is a plus. Physical Requirements: Regularly lifts up to 40 pounds and stands for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently. Availability: Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift lengths may vary from 3 to 8 hours, with no guaranteed minimum hours.
