Primary Responsibilities:
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify and address their unique needs effectively.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Process transactions at point of sales (POS)
Upsell customers by engaging them in productive conversations surrounding current product offerings
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions comprehensively.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
Stay informed about our current product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and account updates.
Qualifications:
Superior verbal communication skills
Prior experience in customer support or service-oriented roles preferred.
Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college completion preferred.
Attention to detail and strong note-taking abilities are essential.
Sales experience is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
Background in sales or customer relationship management.
