Understand and anticipate customer needs, offering detailed information on product features and benefits. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing store. Actively engage with customers, offering personalized assistance. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and guide customers through their options. Efficiently handle POS transactions and process returns in line with store policies. Work closely with fellow team members to deliver seamless service and a positive atmosphere. Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty for repeat business. Follow inventory procedures to ensure accurate stock levels. Support special events and promotions as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Prior retail experience is highly preferred. Jewelry industry experience is a plus. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Great attention to detail and organizational abilities. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
