The Sales Associate will play a key role in supporting our Store Management Team during the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store. You will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional Guest Services in alignment with Company Standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in generating sales and engaging customers. Participate in sign waving and general housekeeping. Support merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations. Contribute to loss prevention efforts. Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Comfortable standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
