Upselling enhancements on services and retail products. Meet or exceed sales goals weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Educating our clients about the benefits of our Wellness Program. Driving membership sales and member retention. Booking clients for future services, enhancements and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations Providing outstanding customer service by seamlessly multi-tasking between answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients as they arrive, checking guests in and out. Assisting in making sure the front of the location and the front desk are always clean and presentable Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members Upholding the Massage Envy core values of Optimism, Gratitude, Excellence, Consistency and Empathy Qualifications: Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred) Self motivated with the ability to think critically and set priorities Great teammate who can work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment Smart and Savvy with basic math and computer skills, confidence in handling cash
