We are seeking two ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Associates. In this role, associates will be working and assisting directly with a wide range of clients, including members of the general public and local business owners, to deliver tailored product and service solutions that create real impact. You’ll gain practical experience in communication, persuasion, and business development while being mentored by experienced professionals who are invested in your success. Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product/service solutions. Conduct in-person presentations to showcase product benefits and service features. Participate in daily team meetings to set goals and strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for new market opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and ensure satisfaction. Represent the company in a professional manner during community outreach and networking events. Qualifications
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. No previous sales experience required – we provide full, paid training. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. High level of self-motivation and a desire to grow within the company. Team-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit. Reliable transportation for commuting to our Houston office Availability for full-time, on-site work during standard business hours
