Location: Albuquerque, NM Worksite Arrangement: On-site, full-time hours Compensation: $16.50/hr + sales incentives + full benefits package Schedule : Evenings Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed. Shift is 4pm - 12am local time Overview: In this role, you’ll set the tone for the entire customer experience for the car rental process. From the moment customers walk in, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable guide who makes their rental process seamless. You’ll handle everything from questions to keys with precision, organization, and genuine care.

Responsibilities: Greet customers and guide them through the car rental process, including preparing agreements and offering optional products or services tailored to their needs Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly Coordinate daily reservations based on vehicle availability and fleet planning Deliver consistent, high-quality service in all customer interactions Provide maps, directions, and relevant information to ensure a smooth rental experience Support corporate account deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely execution Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment required Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and solutions-oriented Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Benefits You'll Love: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage & HSA/FSA Paid Parental Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Adoption) Adoption Assistance Program Life Insurance 401K with Employer Match & more **Upon completing the application questions, you will be prompted to complete our HAALO inventory.
