About the Role: Join our dynamic team at Bloomer Hardware as a Sales Associate, where your passion for customer service will shine! In this role, you will engage with customers, helping them find the right tools and solutions for their projects while promoting a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and assistance on the sales floor.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and welcoming.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to inform customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
Passion for home improvement and knowledge of hardware products is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
