About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our studio team in a flexible role averaging 3035 hours per week. This is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves talking to people, and is passionate about health and wellness but also values a bit more flexibility than a traditional full-time job.

What Youll Do:

  • Greet members and guests with a warm, energetic welcome

  • Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout and membership options

  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal members

  • Maintain front desk operations and studio cleanliness

  • Support sales campaigns and community events

  • Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience, every time


What Were Looking For:

  • Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills

  • Sales experience (fitness or retail preferred)

  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals

  • Available to work 3035 hours/week, including a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts

  • Team player with a do whatever it takes attitude

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous sales experience preferred (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills required
  • Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
  • Functional computer skills required MS Office (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
  • Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
  • Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, its an attitude)
  • Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
  • High school diploma required
