About the Program
Are you curious, driven, and ready to roll up your sleeves to learn an industry that powers everything around us? Our Construction Sales Apprentice Program is a two-year, hands-on development track designed to turn motivated newcomers into knowledgeable, trusted account managers in the electrical supply industry.

This isn’t just a “sit-and-watch” program — you’ll be on the front lines of our business from day one. You’ll rotate through key departments to gain a 360°ree; understanding of how we serve our customers, including:

  • Counter Sales: Learn the products, the customers, and the day-to-day problem solving that keeps jobs moving.
  • Lighting Sales: Dive into design, energy efficiency, and the latest technology in commercial and industrial lighting.
  • Switchgear Sales: Explore large-scale electrical distribution solutions and see how projects are powered from the ground up.
  • Operations: Understand the logistics, inventory, and behind-the-scenes systems that keep projects on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and industry partners.
  • Solve problems on the spot — finding solutions that keep projects moving forward.
  • Learn the technical side of electrical products and how they’re applied in real-world construction.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales professionals and shadow account managers in the field.
  • Take on increasing responsibility as you progress, preparing you to manage your own customer accounts.

Compensation $50,000 - $61,600 annually.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, and skills.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in an incentive or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives.
