SALES ASSOCIATE

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, DOE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about merchandise and answer product questions.
  • Accurately process cash and credit transactions.
  • Assist with booth setup, merchandising, restocking, and daily cleanup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
  • Support festival operations, including opening/closing tasks and crowd flow management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Flexible schedule during the festival (including weekends and extended hours).
