POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, lead generations, prospects booking into Demo Classes. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members and keep studio organized. COMPENSATION & PERKS:
$12/hr
This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience.
10 % Commission paid on sales
Bonus based on Specific Goals .

REQUIREMENTS:
1 yr. experience on Retail Sales required
1 yr. experience on Fitness, Yoga or Massage Studio Sales preferred
Experience on membership or packages sales preferred.
High school, GED or Equivalent Required
Highly dependable and reliable
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Goal-oriented ability to achieve memberships, retail and private training sales
Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
Must have excellent public speaking skills
Experience on social media marketing preferred,
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
Must be fluent in English, excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
Must have proficient computer skills
Able to work weekend and/or afternoon shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs
Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
Meet monthly sales expectations and objectives
Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services to current or prospective members
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
Other duties as assigned
