What Youll Be Doing:
  • Be the first warm welcome that greets every guest and member
  • Guide new visitors through the Orangetheory experience with energy and confidence
  • Follow up with leads, encourage trial classes, and help grow our fitness community
  • Drive sales by connecting purpose with performance
  • Support coaches in delivering a premium in-studio experience
  • Represent Orangetheory at events and in the local neighborhood
  • Keep the studio clean, professional, and always inviting
