This position is open to Nevada residents only; Honea Insurance Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated, driven Property & Casualty Sales Professional, already licensed in P&C , to join our team in our Fernley office. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, highly motivated to reach and exceed challenging sales targets, and eager to make a tangible impact by helping clients find the right insurance solutions. Success in this position hinges on achieving and surpassing sales goals, as you work closely with potential clients, guiding them through our range of insurance offerings.
While bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus, they are not required. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Actively reach out and engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
Policy Recommendations: Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions and recommendations based on their unique requirements.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by Shawna Honea Allstate Agency.
Consultative Sales Approach: Employ a consultative approach to educate clients on the benefits and coverage options of various insurance products.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of insurance industry trends and best practices to improve sales techniques.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Requirement Licensing: Must possess an active Nevada Property & Casualty License prior to being hired.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs with personalized solutions.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently from a remote location if applicable, showing initiative and productivity.
