We are seeking a full-time Sales BDC Representative to join our team. The starting base pay for this position starts at $55,000-$80,000 plus an opportunity to earn commission pay. $2000 Sign up Bonus(discuss during interview)

Qualifications:
At least one year experience in a call center (previous BDC experience).
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
- Bilingual a plus.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Sales Department achieve their Sales goals by:
- Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquiries via phone and internet.
- Identify customer needs
- Set appointment for customer visits
- Follow up with customer after their visit
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
