Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr.

Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire. Must currently live within 90 minutes of one of our locations. Location: Sacramento, CA 95841 - Hybrid (will start in Petaluma to ramp). Reports to: Director of Sales. Travel: Regional within NorCal. Comp: OTE $200k - $250k. This role is not remote.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Build sales revenue and achieve branch sales target goals; contribute to and meet personal sales targets.
  • Design and rollout a vendor referral program and develop new business relationships.
  • Develop strategy with ownership, including daily tracking and accountability.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop employees; recognize strengths and areas for growth; maintain integrity and loyalty to the company and brand.
  • Manage and maintain branch scorecards and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with project teams; start with a skeleton crew as sales ramp up; be on call for projects during initial ramp period (first year or two).
  • Run quality control checks on projects and ensure exceptional customer experience, measured by customer NPS scores.

Requirements

  • Must currently live within 90 minutes of one of our locations. This is not a remote position.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with computers (typing, reading) and ability to work for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills in person and virtually.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel for extended periods (up to 1 month at a time) for catastrophes or large-loss projects.
