We are looking for a new member to join our team and drive sales success in the Telehealth markets. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Sales & Business Development Lead is responsible for growing the companys business, increasing its revenue through sales, expanding the existing business portfolio, and building the companys overall brand. This position will initiate contact with potential and current clients to generate and qualify leads, promote out telehealth products and services, and identify sales opportunities. They are accountable for the delivery of revenue and margin within the assigned book of business that includes cold and warm prospects and potentially existing accounts. The position will establish relationships at the senior management level as well as tactical levels that help maintain and improve client satisfaction, retention, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Helps to shape the companys long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them through strategic planning efforts.
Deliver new sales revenue by developing and executing solutions-based sales plans for prospects.
Maximize client relationships through consultative and strategic sales processes to increase penetration and increase revenue for existing clients.
Identifies prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Demonstrate working industry knowledge that includes key competitors, technology, trends, and challenges.
Develop product tools, promotion strategies and additional tools and templates as part of sales efforts.
Analyze client data sets and needs and consult with clients and prospects to recommend suitable products and solutions.
Create and communicate market and client-specific business profiles including strategic direction, purchasing process, contract terms, clients market, and competitor positioning to drive business results.
Identifies and communicates market intelligence on market specific needs and competitor activity to leadership in a timely manner.
Implements tracking tools and evaluation methods to around existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what does not.
Prepares concise and accurate reports, proposals, sales packages, and other required documentation.
Create and maintain market and customer specific business profiles.
Ensures timely data entry and upkeep of CRM data entry to ensure Dashboard reporting is accurate and up to date.
Partner with cross-functional team to support forecast and supply accuracy down to the customer level.
Maintain CRM for all aspects of prospect and existing client management.
20% travel may be required. Travel consists of customer meetings, internal meetings, and market specific trade shows.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business related field OR equivalent experience
Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with a take-ownership attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation skills including at the executive level
Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally
Strong detail orientation and analytical skills
Proficient in current Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and CRM applications like Salesforce, Monday, or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Experience navigating complex healthcare landscapes, including hospitals and payer-provider environments
Demonstrated understanding of the telehealth and healthcare technology industry
Proven ability to influence decision-makers and drive organizational alignment
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions
Preferred Experience:
4+ years of healthcare, telehealth, IT industry, or Health Plan setting in the capacity of business development, account management, or a similar field.
Proven history of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets; 3 years of sales experience in managing prospective and existing clients.
