This isn’t an appointment setter role or outbound grind. *We give you 5–7 qualified demos per day. *If you thrive in fast-paced, high-leverage environments and are obsessed with Alex Hormozi’s CLOSER framework, this is your dream role.
What You’ll Be Doing
* *Own the Close:* Take 5–7 pre-qualified demos/day and close deals using a structured one-call close process. * *Follow Hormozi’s Framework:* Apply the CLOSER method (Clarify, Label, Overview, Sell, Explain, Reassure) to every sales conversation. * *Maximize Performance:* Use objection handling, urgency, and value anchoring to consistently exceed quota. * *Leverage Tools & CRM:* Diligently track every deal stage, follow up with precision, and own your pipeline. * *Collaborate & Optimize:* Work with Sales Managers and Marketing to refine pitch, feedback loop, and optimize close rates.
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Base Salary:* Competitive (W-2 or 1099 available) * *Commission:* Uncapped with tiered bonuses for high-volume closers * *OTE:* $200,000+ (top performers exceed this) * *Benefits:* Health insurance, paid time off, remote flexibility, performance incentives
*Who We’re Looking For*
*MUST-HAVES:*
* 2+ years closing experience in high-velocity phone sales (e.g. solar, insurance, mortgage, credit repair, tax relief, etc.) * Proven ability to one-call close in a consultative sales environment * Deep fluency with Alex Hormozi’s CLOSER framework * Thick-skinned, hungry, and coachable * Disciplined with strong self-management and follow-up strategy * Comfortable on video, phone, and chat with U.S. based SMBs
*BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:*
* Experience selling marketing, SaaS, or lead-gen solutions to local businesses * Familiarity with CRMs like Close, Hubspot, or Salesforce * Prior work in AI, MarTech, or review/reputation management space
*This Role Is NOT for You If:*
* You need leads to be spoon-fed and don’t want to follow a script * You haven’t closed in a high-volume environment before * You’re uncomfortable being held accountable to clear KPIs
