Position Description (Duties and Responsibilities) Provides operational support to sales management. Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force. Maintains information regarding sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement. Prepare compensation plans and compensation calculations Perform data entry and data consolidation Assist the Sales Operations department in the development of new business processes Job Requirements
What you need Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Acute attention to detail and strong communication Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Prior experience with sales teams and compensation plans Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to analyze statistical and financial data. Experience with reporting tools. . Power BI, Tableau & MS Excel Varicent experience preferred
