Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales objectives Develop, monitor, and adjust sales goals with management to meet company targets; analyze performance regularly Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their transportation needs Collaborate with management to improve performance and participate in sales meetings Sell, lease, and deliver a set minimum number of vehicles monthly Greet clients professionally and assist them in vehicle selection by understanding their needs and explaining vehicle features Offer test drives following company policies; verify client identification prior to test drives Adhere to all relevant policies, rules, and regulations regarding vehicle sales Explain vehicle depreciation and equity to clients Coordinate with sales management to meet client needs and ensure all deals are properly processed and delivered Introduce clients to the Service Department and schedule first service appointments Follow up on post-delivery items to meet client expectations Maintain engagement with management and team members to foster positive relationships Utilize CRM tools effectively to enhance client follow-up and satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role in automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Degree/Diploma High School Diploma/GED preferred Licenses Required Valid CA Driver License and Valid CA Sales License
