Location: Bozeman & Big Sky, MT
Pay: $100,000 – $250,000+ per year (Full Commission)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, some evenings/weekends

We’re now hiring a Sales Consultant who excels at connecting with people and closing deals. You don’t need to be a licensed plumber—we’ll teach you what you need to know. If you have a strong sales background and a passion for helping others, you’ll thrive here.
- Serve as the first point of contact with homeowners
- Provide professional in-home consultations and solutions
- Educate customers on service options, products, and financing
- Close sales and hand off to our expert install team
- Drive revenue by identifying and following up with leads
- Track sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Represent the BlueBird brand with professionalism and pride
- 2+ years of sales, service advising, or customer service experience
- Proven ability to close sales and earn trust
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and eager to exceed goals
- Ability to learn basic plumbing systems and services
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable entering crawl spaces, attics, and climbing ladders
- Flexible schedule with occasional on-call availability
