No. : 2 SALES CONSULTANT ISO Issue Date: 15TH SEPT 2017 Duties and Responsibilities To meet with clients in sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge. To thoroughly understand the products they are responsible to promote. To develop a good understanding of competitors' products, to see what else is on offer for clients and in particular to know what new, innovative products are in market. To identify potential clients (such as in particular territory or segment) and develop relationship with them. To develop good after-sales relationship with clients which can lead to another sale, perhaps repeat business or new recommendation. To monitor sales process including timely follow up with purchasers, solicitors and end financiers. To maintain proper records of completed sales and update into developer system with any new information. To work with the Marketing Communication team to collaboratively create successful sales campaigns. To ensure that all sales galleries are tidy and presentable with all necessary product materials. To check that all equipment in the sales galleries is functioning correctly, reporting any problems through the appropriate channels. To achieve sales target and KPIs. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions which are relevant and required by the quality management system. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior. Requirements Qualification: Candidate with at least Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Marketing/ or equivalent. Experience: Candidate with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in property development environment. Fresh graduates will be considered for entry level position. Skills: Candidate must possess sound knowledge of the property market, local and overseas. Candidate must possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills necessary for interaction with internal and external parties. Candidate must possess good online and offline presentation and negotiation skills. Candidate must be familiar with IFCA system. Candidate must be proficient in English both oral and written. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills. Others: Candidate must be result driven, proactive and enthusiastic to take on new challenges. Candidate must be able to work during weekends and public holidays. Candidate must be able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines. Candidate must be highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
