Schlossmann Honda City is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join the most successful Honda dealership in the state with the best work schedule and a VERY healthy compensation plan.

Compensation & Benefits

This position is Full Time (9am - 6pm), with a 5 Day Work Week. The salary will be a base plus commission with the expected salary range being competitive. The successful candidate will also be enrolled in the employee benefits program.

Responsibilities

· Greet and show vehicles to customers · Create an enjoyable sales experience by providing top-notch customer service · Assist customers throughout the sales and financing process · Generate new sales leads · Work with customers to identify their vehicle needs · Deliver an effective sales presentation that will facilitate customer understanding · Work with customers to negotiate contracts · Handle customer inquiries and complaints and resolve in a timely and courteous manner

Requirements

· Proven sales track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred · Previous experience with customer relations and satisfaction is preferred · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
