Salary Range

Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $200,000 +.

Qualifications And Skills

Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!! Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is also a plus! Customer Service Background is a great start Self-Motivation is a key Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record Pass a drug screening and criminal background check

Pay Defined: The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
