Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.
To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

You can look forward to professional support, performance-based compensation that includes a base salary of $700/week for 16 weeks, $700/week draw after week 16, generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $200,000/year. Additionally, eligible for bonuses and additional incentives along with extensive benefits—including time off for holidays, 3 weeks of vacation time, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
