Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience selling Volkswagen or other automotive brands. Familiarity with automotive financing and leasing options. Customer relationship management (CRM) software proficiency. Additional certifications in sales or automotive technology. Multilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base. Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers promptly and professionally to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with dealership policies and procedures. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Volkswagen products, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
