Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team. You'll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.
Qualifications
What You Need: 2 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound) Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role) Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends Must pass background check and drug screening
