Location: Round Rock, TX

Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $21 - $24 / hour

Job Description:

The Sales & Lead Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming leads, supporting sales teams with follow-ups, ensuring accurate data entry into CRM systems, and providing administrative support across departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries, collecting lead details and routing them to the correct team members.
  • Enter and manage customer leads in CRM systems, ensuring timely updates and proper distribution.
  • Provide sales team members with information on leads, customer history, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal updates for team meetings and events.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate food orders, and provide event planning support.
  • Process invoices, claims, and work orders while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Assist with mail and package distribution, scheduling, and other front office duties.
  • Support marketing and employee engagement initiatives, including presentations and recognition programs.
  • Serve as a backup for other coordinators when needed to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
