Adecco is partnering with a national gifting company to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant in Kensington, Brooklyn, NYC.

This hybrid role (4 days per week in office) will play a key part in supporting the sales department by maintaining smooth operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and fostering effective communication with both customers and internal partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Maintain data integrity and review purchase orders for accuracy across key customer accounts Provide general sales support, including: Assisting account managers with daily tasks and project needs Coordinating with sales representative groups Communicating with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries Preparing and processing purchase order forms Coordinating product samples Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and data reports using NetSuite Support departmental organization and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (and experience with NetSuite a plus) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or related administrative role preferred
