About The Role: The Sales Coordinator is a vital member of the Sales Department, supporting the SDR Manager, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Account Executives (AEs) through essential administrative and operational tasks. This role is all about driving efficiency, optimizing schedules, and ensuring prospects and the sales team have a seamless experience.
What You Will Own: Demo Scheduling and Confirmation: Coordinate and confirm 40+ self-booked demos per day directly on AEs' calendars. Reschedule demos as needed via Chili Piper and ensure AE calendars are optimized. Reach out to prospects if AEs are running late or need to reschedule. Lead Management and CRM Accuracy: Update leads in Salesforce and ensure accurate data when demos are booked. Review and qualify all inbound leads using provided criteria; disqualify and remove unqualified leads from the calendar to protect AE time. Manually import next-day demos into SalesLoft to trigger confirmations and status updates. Outreach and Show Rate Optimization: Follow up with prospects who missed demos to get them rescheduled. Play a key role in improving the self-booked demo show rate. Reporting and Tracking: Maintain the Monthly Sales Report and track show rates daily. Team Support and Process Improvement: Support SDRs with tools, processes, and systems questions. Assist with onboarding and scheduling tool updates. Take on ad hoc projects or assignments from the SDR Manager. Requirements: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using Technology, especially software. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling high-volume tasks. Eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Compensation: The total compensation range for this position is $65,000 OTE, including a $50,000 base salary and a $15,000 performance-based bonus tied to demo show rates.
