The Sales & Lead Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming leads, supporting sales teams with follow-ups, ensuring accurate data entry into CRM systems, and providing administrative support across departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and inquiries, collecting lead details and routing them to the correct team members. Enter and manage customer leads in CRM systems, ensuring timely updates and proper distribution. Provide sales team members with information on leads, customer history, and follow-up actions. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal updates for team meetings and events. Manage office supplies, coordinate food orders, and provide event planning support. Process invoices, claims, and work orders while maintaining accurate documentation. Assist with mail and package distribution, scheduling, and other front office duties. Support marketing and employee engagement initiatives, including presentations and recognition programs. Serve as a backup for other coordinators when needed to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
