Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our sales team and facilitate seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and delivering outstanding support to both the sales team and clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with all departments to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Foster effective communication with employees, customers, and external stakeholders to uphold the company’s reputation and service standards.
Manage and respond to a high volume of email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses that align with organizational policies.
Oversee and monitor compliance with policies related to order processing and payment standards.
Support sales operations by providing strategic administrative assistance and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Lead the evaluation of sales channel performance, providing insights to guide decision-making and policy improvements.
Take on additional administrative and strategic HR projects to meet evolving organizational needs.
Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to optimize workflow and support sales teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
AA/BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2+ years of experience in sales administration managing retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively to meet deadlines.
Skilled in analyzing data, generating insights, and communicating results clearly.
Extensive experience with CRM and ERP systems for sales reporting and administration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.
Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and other corporate tools.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong listening and presentation abilities.
Adaptable and resourceful, able to overcome challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Skills and Competencies:
Previous experience in the Powersports, Electronics, or Technology industries is highly desirable.
Familiarity with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) pricing compliance and enforcement processes.
Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean is preferred
