What You'll Do:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between customers, Sales, Quoting, Art and Production departments, to ensure effective processes that meet customer and business goals.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
· Review and confirm all required information is loaded into project management software before the project is launched to ensure customer goals are met.
· Review and confirm the final pricing aligns with the budget of the project and business profit objectives.
· Enter the approved quotes into the system with customer issued part numbers and pricing, ensuring infor-mation is accurate and up to date.
· Oversees inventory control for the customer and master spreadsheets for the RV industry to ensure adequate and accurate inventory levels.
· Gather customer schedules to interpret and include in a customer schedule spreadsheet to ensure on-time orders.
· Work with Production to determine inputting of orders/reorders based on the forecasted schedule.
· Coordinate inventory recounts at client locations based on need to ensure accurate inventory levels.
· Handle escalated calls/emails from customers or Sales on the customer's respective orders to provide infor-mation on the status of the order, expediting request, etc.
· Provide mentoring to the team to increase the overall knowledge base.
· Provide suggestions on process improvements for the area to continually create better effectiveness within the team.
Position Requirements:
· Education: High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
· Experience: 5+ years of customer service/support months of related experience and/or training in print pro-cesses.
· Certification(s): N/A
· Functional Skills: Advanced work flow and efficiencies; strong in prioritizing, planning, and organizing of data; detail oriented and able to manage large amounts of data; advanced ability to problem solve and work with others to ensure orders/data are accurate and processed on time. Strong skills in scheduling and expediting; must have good judgment of color, design, and print quality.
· Technology Aptitude/Skills: Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
· Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills needed to communicate with all levels inside and outside the organization. Ability to effectively present information.

Other Important Information:
Pay/Salary: Exceptional hourly pay with discretionary bonuses.
Reports To: Director of Sales
Core Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm is the core work hours (Hours can be flexible as needed)
Typical Work Week: M-F; 40 - 42 hours a week on average during peak times.
Direct Reports: None
Travel: Limited; less than 5%
Work/Environment: Normal office environment with occasional visits to customers and manufacturing area. Requires good vision with ability to see colors.
