Pay Range: $45,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience

What You'll Do

As a Sales Customer Service Associate, you'll serve as a key connection point between customers, sales representatives, and operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding promptly and professionally to customer and sales inquiries via phone and email

Learning and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and services

Processing and tracking customer purchase orders for finished goods, spare parts, and warranty/service replacements

Building strong relationships with customers through professionalism, problem-solving, and proactive support

Participating in training sessions to grow product knowledge and enhance customer service skills

What We're Looking For

Proven customer service and sales experience (required)

Background in industrial, electrical, or mechanical equipment strongly preferred

Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Sage, and SAP experience a plus)

Spanish fluency is a plus

Familiarity with generators or technical equipment is highly desirable

Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
