We offer top-of-the-line massage services as well as luxurious, results-driven skin care services. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests - making them feel welcome, introducing them to our services, and helping them choose the membership or treatments that best support their wellness journey. To Thrive at Massage Envy as a Sales Associate: You must be comfortable with sales. You’re able to connect with people, establish rapport, and confidently explain our memberships and services You will create an outstanding experience for clients with a friendly and helpful attitude You will support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions You’re motivated, proactive, and able to work independently You will assist in light cleaning & other administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry Position Requirements: Ability to sell our memberships and services and provide excellent customer service A people person who connects easily, listens well, and communicates with confidence.
