Our team delivers top-tier office equipment, software, and services to schools, hospitals, corporations, and government agencies-helping them work smarter every day. **MUST live in Wisconsin** Travel & Work Locations: This is a client-facing role that involves regular travel throughout Southeastern and Northeastern Wisconsin . You will work across all three of our office locations: Brookfield, WI Madison, WI Neenah, WI Travel is essential to support client site visits, environment mapping, and device tagging. NO OVERNIGHTS What You'll Do: Build and manage advanced billing reports for high-volume clients using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and more) Partner with Sales to support Managed Print Service (MPS) deals-from kickoff to implementation Lead pre- and post-sales project coordination to ensure a smooth client experience Maintain and update client environments using tools like: CRM (Sherpa) ERP (E-Auto) DCA (FM Audit) Mapping Tools (Illustrator & ECI Mapping Tool) Microsoft Office Suite
