Sales Design Consultant offers knowledgeable and attentive consultative support for IKEA visitors and customers during their visit and before, during & after the sales within the local designated market area Utilizes tools and resources to help plan, design & construct solutions to ensure customers’ orders are accurate Act as an active member of the local market community, positioning IKEA Brand as a leader in life at home Continual learning opportunities around specialized home furnishing solutions such as kitchens, baths, storage systems, etc. Acts as a Home Furnishing Host to provide support to visitors around store layout and in-store promotions, answer customer questions, and gather customer insights Establishes, builds, and maintains new and existing customer relationships through follow up and timely communications Together as a team
