Sales Designer – Kitchen & Bath Industry

Location: Feasterville, PA

Our client, a well-established kitchen and bath remodeling company, is seeking a Sales Designer to join their talented and motivated team. What You’ll Do Meet with prospective clients in the showroom and in their homes to learn their design goals, lifestyle needs, and budget. Use 2020 Design or ProKitchen software to create accurate, compelling kitchen and bath designs. Guide clients through cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, finishes, and design options with confidence and expertise. Present proposals including floor plans, renderings, and product recommendations. Collaborate with the in-house installation team and project manager to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with construction requirements. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process to build trust and ensure satisfaction. Meet individual sales goals while supporting the company’s overall growth. Stay current on design trends, product innovations, and remodeling best practices.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design or sales. Proficiency in 2020 Design or ProKitchen software (required). Strong knowledge of cabinetry, materials, finishes, and hardware. Solid understanding of space planning, interior design principles, and product specification. Basic knowledge of residential construction processes (plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills. Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail. NKBA certification or similar industry credentials are a plus (not required).
