Sales Development Application Engineer - EARLY CAREER! (COLORADO) Location: Denver, CO (based in Denver, CO; reporting to Regional Sales Director). We are looking for an early career Sales Development Application Engineer to join Innomotics. This role focuses on learning the market, applications, how to quote and sell medium voltage motors, medium voltage variable frequency drive (VFD) technologies and services to End Users, OEMs, EPCs, and distributors. Upon successful completion of the learning process, the candidate will be placed in a Regional Account Manager role with responsibility for an assigned customer base. This position will be based in Denver, CO and report to the Regional Sales Director. Responsibilities Study and learn the MV Motor and Drives market. Engage with customers to understand needs and support selling activities related to medium voltage motors, MV drives (VFDs), and related services. Contribute to learning the product portfolio and solutions, including integrated drive systems when applicable.

Your Profile Bachelors degree in engineering 2+ years experience working in a sales role Experience in the use of CRM tools to supervise selling activities Travel: 30%

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience Basic working knowledge of integrated drive solutions (motor, drive, system solution, etc.) Basic experience selling to large OEMs and End Users Basic understanding of the industrial vertical markets in pumps and compression

The pay range for this position is $58,500 - $100,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
