Responsibilities : Sales Support: Learn the concepts of sales by assisting the sales team in prospecting, servicing and market research support using CoStar Sales (CRE), Apartments.com, Homes.com and LoopNet.
Client Engagement : Collaborate with sales professionals to understand client needs and participate in meetings and market events to learn our industry and sales process.
Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to inform sales strategies.
Sales Operations: Help organize sales materials, manage CRM systems, and track sales performance.
Brand Exposure: Gain knowledge of CoStar Group’s products and services, and how they impact the residential, commercial & multi-family real estate market.

Basic Qualifications: Current college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation in December 2026 or May 2027.
Minimum 3.2 and above GPA.
Strong interest in sales, real estate and business development.
Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
MS Office Suite proficiency; PowerPoint, Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for learning.
Preferred Qualifications : Active participation in extracurricular programs and/or holding leadership positions in student-led organizations is highly valued.
