About the Role:

As a Sales Development Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital segment's exponential growth. You'll oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives and Researchers, collaborating closely with our Sales team to build, scale, and streamline our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns aligned with business objectives. This includes creating targeted lists, leveraging email, phone, and social media outreach, and continuously analyzing data to optimize campaigns.

  • Team Leadership: Train, manage, and mentor a team of lead generation specialists and researchers.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the lead generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor campaign progress, identify issues, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation

  • 1+ years of people management experience

  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns

  • Proficiency in lead generation tools

  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, data flows, and research methodologies

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and reporting

  • Data-driven decision-making abilities
